Eligibility for the 2025-26 session

Children born between April 01, 2018 and March 31, 2019 will be eligible for the session 2025-26.

General Category

Our admission process is simple and transparent, in accordance with the government guidelines. While we would very much like to accommodate all applicants, we are constrained by our class size. Students are selected through a draw of lots. However, preference is given to the following:

  • Children whose siblings are studying at Strawberry Fields High School, Sector 26, or Strawberry Fields Play School, Sector 24, Chandigarh.
  • Students studying in Lower KG at Strawberry Fields Play School, Sector 24, Chandigarh.

Procedure

Registration Form for admission can be filled from our website from December 07, 2024 onwards. The form duly filled, must be submitted online between December 07, 2024 and December 20, 2024. Documents which are required to be submitted are detailed on the registration form. 

Once seats are filled using the above admission criteria, a draw of lots, if necessary, will be held for the General Category at 3:30 PM on January 20, 2025 at the School’s amphitheatre (Natyashala) in the presence of our Admission Committee to fill the remaining seats. Parents are welcome to attend the draw of lots. 

List of children who have been granted admission for KG along with the waiting list will be displayed on the school noticeboard on February 02, 2025 at 3:30 PM. Admission fee for the General Category must be deposited in the school office, between February 02 and February 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3 PM.

Admission fee (Non-refundable): 1,32,000.00

Tuition fee (per annum): 1,87,920.00

EWS Category

Admission for the EWS category will be conducted by the Chandigarh administration.

Admission to classes 1 to 8

Admission criteria

  1. Admission to classes 1 to 8 is subject to there being a vacancy.
  2. Preference is given to the following:
    • Students whose siblings are studying at Strawberry Fields High School , Sector 26, Chandigarh.
    • Students whose siblings are studying at Strawberry Fields Play School, Sector 24, Chandigarh.
  3. Once seats are filled using the above admission criteria, a draw of lots, if necessary, will be held in School.
